Abstract:
This
case-study - one of the six integrated in Cascais-Culture Programme - begins
with the Festival framing in Cascais cultural dynamics and in the strategies
of local cultural policies. Then, it characterizes the Festival along of its
editions and demarks the different phases of the Festival’ trajectory. The
event’ institutionalization process and its actual programmatic, promotional
and organizational options are also referred.
