Abstract: This research is oriented by an inter-sector perspective. For each cultural sector the analysis is drawn from multiple sources, statistical indicators and interviews with professionals. It is therefore possible to draw comparisons between different sectors and carry out a general overview of the employment and qualification of the cultural sector in Portugal, anchored on issues such as flexibility, cultural networks, professional certification and mobility.
